Report: Bath
At the 16th of October we went to Bath, an old town
with a famous museum showing the Roman Baths.
We started our journey at 08:30am. The drive took about
30 min. Meanwhile we all played Mario Kart against each other or in teams. It
was a lot of fun. All of us thought that Bath was an old and beautiful town,
but it was old and shabby. The walls were grey and old, so the town didn’t look
very nice. When we arrived there, the weather was bad and it rained. First we
walked to the museum and the teachers gave us some advice on how to make the
most of our visit. After that we had about an hour of free time to explore our
‘environment’. We had lots of fun, because we could do what we wanted. Some of
us walked to the MC Donalds to eat something, the others only sat in a café and
other pupils walked around the town.
After the
free time we meet again in front of the museum and walked in. It was both an
old and modern museum: We had audio guides! That was quite good, because than
we didn’t have to read all the texts on the signs.
I think that most of us thought
the museum was boring, so we were happy when we got out of the museum. At last
we had another 2 hours of free time and
had a lot of fun in Bath.
